I saw a new Charmin commercial today. The catch phrase is: "No one likes a bath tissue that leaves pieces behind". The commercial has a little bear with small toilet paper pieces stuck all over his rear end. What a strange commercial! I didn't realize disintegrating toilet paper was such a huge problem. Do we really need to create a commercial around it!
Well, I ran north, toward downtown La Jolla today. I was able to enjoy nice ocean views and I was also able to run right next to the ocean around mile 1.5. I felt ok during the run. After the run, I felt light headed. I wonder if I feel light headed because I breath through my nose rather than my mouth while I run? Or maybe I was just really warm. When I looked in the mirror, my face was beet red. Anyway, Joel's birthday is today so I'm off to purchase some ingredients for his special dinner!
