I felt disappointed in myself today because I really could have kept running and instead I quit after 2.5 miles. I rationalized this by telling myself that the training schedule only said 1-2 miles. But I still felt kind of stupid about it. Tomorrow I'll probably go back on my resolution to take the day off, and run my morning mile to redeem myself.
