Well, I avoided the pool today... swimming and mucus do not mix. Ew.
9 miles on recumbent bike (25:00)
10 minutes on this weird elliptical-type thing... every painful
2000m on the rowing machine (8 minutes)
Had to cut the workout short because of a meeting I had to attend. I'll probably lengthen the run tomorrow to make up for my slackness. I'm feeling pretty good, but my knees are killing me afterward. Going up, but especially DOWN, stairs is starting to hurt and sound a little crunchy. I've never had that before... guess I'll have to watch it.
