Day 20: Equinoctial Elliptical

I stayed home today, slept in late and had a super-lazy morning, which really hit the spot. I was feeling much, much better than yesterday, so I went ahead and hit the gym for cross-training and strength. I didn't really feel like running on the treadmill so I just did the entire 60 minutes (plus a 5-minute cooldown) on the elliptical. It got kind of exhausting toward the end just because it felt like it went on forEVER and I couldn't find any US magazines, only stinky People. Next time I think I'll try the cross-country skiing machine--I'm just a little afraid of the big belt you have to buckle yourself into. Anyway--I also did my strength circuit today so that I wouldn't have to go back to the gym tomorrow just for that. Tomorrow I plan to do some yoga and then max and relax and enjoy the beginning of Spring Break!
