Training Day 9 - Strength/Flexibility/Walk

Date: 10 March 2008 / Distance: 2 mi run + 1 mi walk / Time: 17:45 run + 15:00 walk (?)

I think the runs are getting a little easier. I'm starting my second full week of training today. I hope last week was the "breaking in" period because my body was pretty darn sore. Otherwise, nothing else to report.
