Day 10 Core & Short Run

.........and it's official. I have a sinus infection. Fun!

Went to the doctor today and had them measure me -- upper arms, bust, rib cage, natural waist, navel, hips, thighs, lower thighs and calves. I've lost another 7" overall and every measurement has gone down (even the bust woo hoo) except for my lower thighs, which the doctor said is because of gained muscle. So there you go -- a week and a half in and we're toning already! SO nice to see results.
