Because this week is so weird, my schedule is really off. I swapped my 6-mile run that was supposed to be Friday for yesterday, when I was supposed to be crosstraining. So, instead of the short run I was supposed to do today, I caught up on the crosstraining and gave my knees a chance for a break. Tomorrow, I'll try and squeeze in a short run, but I'll be in the car with a 6-yr-old and a 3-yr-old for 12 hours, so I'm not promising anything! I'f I'm reeeeeeally motivated, I'll get up at 5:30 and run on my treadmill before we hit the road. Seriously, though, don't hold your collective breath.
1 hr Cardio Kickboxing
45 min Pilates
1 hr shopping (ok, it's not a workout, but I found the cutest pair of navy patent leather peep toe wedges)
