- 40:00 on "cross-train" setting on the Precor (inclined) elliptical. This was a KILLER workout--at a couple points the resistance was so high I could barely move.
- 15:00, 1-mile walk on the treadmill with the incline set at "5"--still don't exactly know what that means, but my mom told me the hill near our house in Damascus (Preakness--not Kings Valley) would be a 5. It didn't seem super steep or anything, but then I was only walking it.
- Strength circuit and stretch
