Happy Daylight Savings Day! Dave and I rode bikes to the farmers' market this morning, and then came home and walked over to the gym. I was planning to just walk on the treadmill while he did his thing, but I ended up getting a little manic. First I did a 25-minute "fat burn" workout on the elliptical; then a 1/4-mile walk/1/2-mile run/1/4-mile walk on the treadmill. Then for some reason I felt like jump-roping so I did 10 sets of 100. heh. Then 200 situps. Then stretching! Now I'm planning to chill for the rest of the day and enjoy finally having the windows open. Tomorrow's another run/strength day, and then Tuesday I am definitely going to follow the schedule and take the day OFF!
