Massage

They have this mat that goes on a high-backed office chair at Sam's club... normally, I hate these things. But I sat in it this evening, and between the heat, the "shiatsu" and the "rolling," it felt sooooo good. (Of course, I'm sore as hell from that Kickboxing From Hell class, so maybe I'm not able to accurately judge it's efficacy... ANYTHING would have felt good!) It's $100, and I'm seriously considering it! Now, if I could just find something that felt as good on my feet...........
