Hear the roar of the Tiger! Tiger Balm! As I stepped forward to perform a lunge, I felt a little explosion in my left quad. I think I heard it too. It went "pwooosh". Not a good feeling; not a good sound. Especially since I'm hoping to run 3-4 miles tomorrow. We'll see how that goes. I popped an Advil and I rubbed Tiger Balm all over my quad. I smell like menthol and my leg feels tingly. I was able to finish my strength workout. Holy cow - the workout was tough. I felt like a weakling the whole time. The workout included: dips, butt kicks, squats, high knees, bicycles, j & j, Lunge with weights, jumping jacks, lateral side raises, mountain climbers, hammer curls, pop squats, modified pushups, skaters and rows with weights. Wish me luck tomorrow!
