Day 18: Short Run

Cleaned house and babied my knee.... it felt better at nap time, so I hit the treadmill.

Stretch
30 mins Pilates
Free weights
.5 walk
2 run (18:04!)
.5 walk

My week is crazy and appointment-filled, so I'm going to try and squeeze in my long run tomorrow. I've got a follow up with my doctor (finally!) to get the results of my bloodwork and echo cardiogram. Rob's on a flight tonight from Kyrgyzstan to the Afghanistan/Pakistan border, so please keep him in your thoughts. Thanks.
