Training Day 18: Core Strength

Date: 19 March 2008 / Core Strength

Today is officially an OFF day for me. I skipped my core strength workout yesterday and I was planning on making it up today. I wasn't feeling especially motivated though. I wanted to skip the workout, but Ssssaffron would not let me get away with that. ha ha! I did another workout prepared by my old bootcamp coach. The workout included: butt kicks, tricep extension (french press), high knees, reverse grip biceps curls, j&j, reverse flyes, jumping jacks, straight arm pullovers, lunges, step ups w/ weights, mountain climbers, crossover crunches, pop squats, crunch and punch, and skaters. Boy - crunches are the worst!

You're going to have an ass that just won't quit! We did pop squats today in Cardio Kickboxing and I felt like I was about to fall over!
