So I stayed inside and worked out.
1 hr yoga (On Demand is the greatest invention)
Free weights (arms again -- must... keep.... turkey.... arms.... from..... forming)
Crunches
.5 mile walk
4 mile run with incline intervals (39:17)
.5 mile walk
I felt pretty good, actually, but I feel like I've forced the head cold down into my chest, so I may be regretting this tomorrow. Grr.

Erin--you're a machine! Hope you feel better tomorrow. Get some rest and take it easy on yourself! :)
A machine? Well, maybe a really slow one... like the cotton gin, there you go!
As long as it's not down in my chest, I feel like I need to keep working. The kids both have a nasty cough so I know it's coming. There will be plenty of time for downtime then!
