Day 27: Friday Fun Day

Yesterday I walked because my knees were hurting from my previous days run. Today I got home from work and ran 5.01 kilometers, so my Nike pedometer said. Apparently I need to adjust the setting to miles. OOPS. When I got home I did the conversion on Google and found out I ran 3.1 miles. Not bad, I didn't want to do a long run today since I am going to do a long one on Sunday with Running Girl! I am thinking of doing surfers yoga for my cross training day, does anyone know if that would qualify as a cross training cardio activity?

Hey - Based upon the information/descriptions from my Nike schedule, if you walk AND do your surfers yoga, you'll be good to go for your cross training days. See ya tomorrow!
