Day 17- Back in the Swing of Things!

I finally got back on track today and did a 3 mile run today. I put some new Brittney songs on my Ipod shuffle, although she is a terrible mother and not that great of an artist her songs seemed to keep me motivated to keep on running when I was dying to stop and walk home. I am going to try to keep on track with the Nike schedule and you motivated ladies from now on! No more letting work get in the way.

YEA! Nice job with the 3 miler! Do you feel like the running is getting easier with each passing week?
It's really awesome that you're making time for the training -- particularly since you're working like 16-20 hour days. YOU CAN DO IT!
