Day 15: Strength and Flexibility

I slept in this morning and decided to skip yoga at the gym. I did some laundry yoga instead.

It was an uneventful workout on a dreary day. Tomorrow's a day off, and I think my body will be very happy with me.
OH -- I've kept a pair of pants I wore before I was pregnant with Emma just so I can have a benchmark to judge myself by. Well, today I got up the nerve to try them on and they were a little looooooose!!! Yeah, baby!

Congrats Erin--I know how amazing that must have felt! Over the past year or so I've been slowly shrinking back into the clothes I was wearing before I quit smoking. Each new piece of clothing I can reclaim is such a great reward for all those hours of hard work!
