When I lived on the east coast, my spring allergies were MISERABLE. I'd sneeze eight times in a row, I would blow my nose every 5 minutes, and I'd be forced to wear glasses for 2 weeks because my eyes would be so itchy and aggravated. I haven't had the miserable spring allergies on the west coast. However, I do feel some allergy symptoms -- like a sore throat and a runny nose. I decided to run on the treadmill for my 4 miler to prevent the San Diego tourists on the boardwalk from being subjected to seeing a sweaty girl with snot running down her face or all over her sleeves. Gross! I had a good run and then I did my core strength workout of dips, squats, lunges, and some free weight work. I had a good workout but I didn't think it was all that strenuous. Wow - Joel tried to wake me up at 7:30 this morning. I could barely open my eyes and roll out of bed. It took me 15 minutes to wake up. It's 9 am right now and I'm still in my pajamas. Ugh! Thank goodness it's an off day.

naw - it's because I was on the treadmill. I do not run that fast outside. If you look at my old times, I average about 36 minutes.
