I ran at the gym today because it's in the upper 80's outside:
Warm-up: 15 minutes on the elliptical
Run: 1 mile at 8:40
...bathroom break...
Run: 6 miles at 55:25! Holy cow!!!
Cooldown: 1-mile walk
I went ahead and called the first mile a second warmup because I felt like a cheater counting it as part of my run. It was kind of hard to get started today, but once I hit my 4th mile I was feeling good and knew I could make it to the end. The only downside to today's run was watching Tiger's Masters Meltdown. Poor baber :(
I didn't post about the junk I did on Thursday and Friday because it was really boring. After today's workout I'm feeling excited about training again. Hope everyone's having a great Saturday!
