Day 44: 1-3 miles

Back to the grind. It's extremely windy outside today and there are all kinds of seed pods and weird bits flying around in the air, so I ran at the gym again.

Warm-up: 1/2-mile walk
Run: 3 miles
Cooldown: 1/2-mile walk
Strength circuit & stretch

Total time of walk & run was about 42:30. On Wednesday, unless it's super hot, I'm going to try to run outside again and see how my leg feels. I'm just a bit wary to run on the street as drivers downtown are either really confused or just big b's sometimes. But, we'll see how it goes... :)

P.S.--I really recommend the podrunner podcast--you guys should all check a couple of them out if you're looking for some new music to run to. So far I've found that I'm comfortable running between about 155-170 BPM, but there are some as low as the 130s, and up to around 180 I think. They're awesome for keeping you on pace!

Hey bunghole -
How are your shoes? Are they still causing problems? To be honest with you, I've never had to "break in" a pair of running sneakers before. 921OB and Erin -- have you guys had issues like Rachel?
