Almost two months of training behind us already! Yesterday I did a bit of yoga and otherwise lazed around. Today was a short run:
Warm-up: 15 minutes on the elliptical
Run: 3 miles @ 27:17
Cooldown: 1/2-mile walk
Strength circuit and stretch
It's starting to get super hot out. While this will make running outside a little more uncomfortable, for the most part I'm loving it. I can't wait for summer!!!
