I suck. Actually, things have been insane around here this week, so, while I HAVE been working out, I have failed to post my workouts on the blog.

I'm starting to get into a rut, so today the plan is to do a mini triathlon work out -- swim, bike, run. The weather is crap, though, and there has been some thunder, so the pool may be closed. I'll post later with the results of my crosstraining day.
