Boring, but at least I got most of an essay revised. Something about the elliptical really helps me get into the zone when it comes to paper-writing :)
My left calf is feeling SO much better today that I'm tempted to do my long run outside tomorrow. I know you guys will be waiting with bated breath to see what I decide; I'll keep you posted!!!
Tonight I will be having ONE glass of wine, I know I should probably have zero before a big 7-miler at 7am tomorrow, but I'd rather play now and pay later. Cheers!
