Well, it's Thurdsay and that means Cardio Kickboxing and Pilates. I did a 45-min class of each (we used weights in Pilates which made it both more challenging and strangely less awkward for me). After an hour and a half at the gym, I came home and....

I did arms last night -- weights on a stability ball -- so Kickboxing kickboxed my butt. I'm feeling better, though, and was actually able to watch myself in the mirror duing the class today -- something I normally avoid out of disgust!
