Pilates and kickboxing are bad -- bad, I tell you! I was going to make up for my slack yesterday by bumping today's 4-mile run up to 6.... and I ended up doing only 3 because I've pulled something in my glute/hammie. Yeah, calling them that doesn't make it any cuter or any less painful.

I didn't even watch the time, just clicked off the distance in my head as I was praying to see the finish line. So tonight will be a whirlpool soak and lah-hah-ts of stretching. Tomorrow is yoga and Sunday is off, so I'm sure I'll be raring to go by Monday. Getting older bites.
