Hey! Where is everybody?
I'm on the east coast this week visiting a ton of family AND it rained all weekend so it has been tough to complete my training runs. Sowwy! Where is everybody else? I'm dropping the hammer!

hahahh We are all hiding out and not running!!! Dude it was too hot on Sunday to run my 5 miles. Then yesterday I didnt feel like it. I ran today, 5 miles in 49 min. I am hitting a brick wall, I don't want to go run I have to force myself to do it. SUCKS
