Day 51: 4-mile run

I had a great workout today. I was feeling really motivated, so I decided that since I was running at the gym I would at least start incorporating some inclines again.
  • Warm-up: 25 minutes on the inclined elliptical; finished editing my essay :)
  • Run:
    • Mile 1: 10:00, 104' climb
    • Mile 2: 10:00, 152' climb
    • Miles 3 & 4: 18:00, 57' climb
  • Cooldown: 1/2-mile walk
  • Strength circuit
  • Stretch
I felt great at the end of the run and almost pushed it further, but I still had to hit the weights and I needed to get home to finish up some crap for school. Wednesday I'm going to get back out on the street for my run--I hope I haven't lost too much ground over the past couple of weeks!
