Day 32: 4 mile walk
Since I knew I was leaving town and my nice beach side runs/walks, I decided to go for a long walk. I walked 4.05 miles through Ocean Beach before work. I did a bunch of hills to work my endurance ( So I can keep up with Running Girl!) and to work my glutious maximus!!! I am in Utah now where its 20 degrees and there are tons of snow. I can't wait to shred the slopes.
