Day 31: Ocean side run

Since my knees have recuperated I went for a run today. I took it easy and did two slight inclines to avoid more pain to my knees. I completed 4.96 miles in 44:32 minutes, too bad I didn't look at my pedometer to see I was almost at 5 miles. I guess 4.96 is close enough, but I still need to get better at looking at my distance along the way.
This will be my last run for the week. I am going to Utah to ski for the next three days.
Hopefully that will count for cross training! With the 18 inches of snow they just got it will definitely work my leg muscles.

GREAT job on the 5 miles today. You had a great pace too!!!! Have fun skiing in Utah -- that DEFINITELY counts as cross-training. :)
