My workout today:
Warm-up: bike ride to the gym--harder than it sounds since it was suuuuuuuuuuuper windy
Run: 4 miles @ 36:09
Cooldown: 1/2-mile walk
Strength circuit
The schedule for Wednesday calls for only a 2-mile run. I'm going to hit the sidewalk and try to run it as fast as I possibly can. Then this Saturday is another 8-miler--I hope I can actually do it again! :)
