Since it was a recovery week, my long run was only 4 miles:
Warm-up: bike ride to the gym
Run: 4 miles @ 36:16
Cooldown: 1/2-mile walk
I was supposed to walk 2 miles, but...I didn't. haha! Instead I went swimming.
Tomorrow I'll probably skip my run--I think this will be the first one I've skipped--because I'll be busy celebrating my graduation! But I'll do a lot of walking around Berkeley and SF to make up for it!
