Warm-up: 30-minute cross-training workout on the inclined elliptical
Run: 3 miles at 25:31! Sweet!
Cooldown: 1/2-mile walk
Strength circuit

I've been slacking on my stretching, I dunno why. I did do an hour of yoga yesterday but today hardly stretched at all. I guess I'll go do that.
