Knee Problems
I have been out for the week. I ran 4 miles and walked one and the next day my tband area of my knee was killing me. I ran again today for the first time in a week, I could only go 1.6 miles. I hope this goes away, it is completely killing my training. Any recomendations on what I can do to get better?

Hey 921OB - I say do knee stretches EVERY day and take the week off -- or just walk the distances this week. I think if you keep running on it, you'll only aggravate it more. :( Hope you feel better!
