Day 17

My bellyache was a little less obnoxious today, but I was still feeling apprehensive about running. Still, I hit the gym just to do what I could. I warmed up for 15 minutes on the elliptical and then hopped on the treadmill--and to my surprise and delight, felt great and was able to run the whole 3 miles very comfortably. Phew! Then I did my strength training and rode home. I still feel kinda off but it feels great to have completed my workout. Hurray!
