Day 19

Quick & easy workout today:

Warm-up: 15 minutes on the elliptical
Run: 4 miles @ ~40:00
Cooldown: 1/4-mile walk

Standard Wednesday. I'm pretty much set on sticking with the 10-minute mile for the remainder of the training schedule. Slower than I'd hoped for, but with the way I've been feeling it seems like it's for the best. I'd rather run the marathon slowly than not run it at all!
