Yesterday was an OFF day. I did a 4 mile leisurely walk along the Pacific Beach boardwalk with my dad. Today, I took him to the Torrey Pines State Reserve and hiked about 2.6 miles. I saw a couple lizards on my hike. Even though they are 1 million times smaller than I am, lizards still freak me out. I'm always scared I'm going to squash them with my feet. After returning from the hike, I did my 2 miler on the treadmill. Nothing interesting to report - I watched the NBC Nightly News and pumped my fist when Lester Holt reported that it's going to be an All-American Wimbledon with the Williams sisters playing against each other! Go USA! Ha ha!
