4 miles @ 40:00; 1/4-mile walk. Pretty standard. Still have some pain in my left knee; I'm going to ice it for the next couple of days and see how it feels on Friday.
Hey raquel - you are stretching before AND after your runs, right? You should check out some stretches that specifically target the knee. I think Stephanie had the same issue but she was able to alleviate the pain with stretches.
yeah, I do stretch, but have been a bit lax about it lately. I looked up some knee exercises; I'll start doing them today. I wonder why it's only the one knee, though! It's the same leg that I had the shin splints in. And then the other side is where I was having hip pain. I must run awfully unevenly...
